Had an excellent experience with Ms. Bhatnagar. I was on a weight loss-cum 'improvement in nutrition' programme with her, and a few things really stood out in my interaction with her. One - she was very clear and sharp in her assessment of what I required, given my situation and my lifestyle. Two - she followed my progress very meticulously, and laid down the programme accordingly, making course corrections when required. And third - while she accommodated any special requests because of my travel/family commitments, etc, she was also not lenient, which I appreciated. Because otherwise, one gets distracted and in-disciplined, so I really appreciated her being strict when it was required. And eventually, the results showed, so I was very happy.
