She makes her clients very comfortable by giving them easy and effective diets. Other than just being a dietician she is a doctor so she understands medical problems thus giving diets which are very effective with no side effects.I joined her with multiple medical issues . She helped me with her diets not only loose my weight but also build my confidence. Her diets are very easy to follow.You don't feel a change in your routine so if you follow her you not only get a healthy but effertless lifestyle I have recommended many friends and they have all lost a lot of weight with least effort...I feel that people who want to loose weight should go to her . I hav had a wonderful experience with tremendous change and weightloss.
It has been a great experience with dr anamika. She is not only a wonderful doctor but a great motivator and guide as well. Her 'easy to follow ' diet charts were an immense help in shedding weight! I lost ten kgs...which actually seemed impossible to me when i joined her..but her positive n encouraging attitude made it possible..it feels great now . She focuses on lifestyle change. It eventually becomes your habit to eat right. I feel healthier and more active now. The credit goes to her only.
