I am having a wonderful experience with Dr. Anamika. It's overwhelming to see how closely she works with me to improve my eating habits. She has made it easy for me to understand my diet. She has completely changed my eating timings & I must say I am loving it. Its amazing to see how I have given up sugar - something I couldn't think about until I met her. She is extremely approachable & friendly which makes it even more easy & comfortable for me. Her collaborative and empathetic approach is really working well for me. She has incredible patience to understand my lifestyle & my routine & her guidance is extremely motivating.

Dr Anamika Dhawan, a dietician, a doctor and a great human being .Her dedication is visible in her personal involvement with her clients. She makes her clients very comfortable by giving them easy and effective diets. Other than just being a dietician she is a doctor so she understands medical problems thus giving diets which are very effective with no side effects.I joined her with multiple medical issues . She helped me with her diets not only loose my weight but also build my confidence. Her diets are very easy to follow.You don't feel a change in your routine so if you follow her you not only get a healthy but effertless lifestyle I have recommended many friends and they have all lost a lot of weight with least effort...I feel that people who want to loose weight should go to her . I hav had a wonderful experience with tremendous change and weightloss.

It has been a great experience with dr anamika. She is not only a wonderful doctor but a great motivator and guide as well. Her 'easy to follow ' diet charts were an immense help in shedding weight! I lost ten kgs...which actually seemed impossible to me when i joined her..but her positive n encouraging attitude made it possible..it feels great now . She focuses on lifestyle change. It eventually becomes your habit to eat right. I feel healthier and more active now. The credit goes to her only.

remember my first visit to her ..really had lot of apprehension ..with PCOD issue lot of doctors said it's difficult to reduce weight but she encouraged me that you can ..with her guidance and motivation I started my journey with her ..remember her words that your life style will change ..I visited her every week ..still remember few weeks where weight was not lost she use to worry so much I could see so much efforts she is use to put for me and for all her clients and the week the weight loss was there she used to be so happy ..never seen a doctor like her so motivating ..lot of personal touch and I am happy to share that I lost 12 kgs ..And it's been more than an year now I have left her programme and she was so correct my life style will change and my weight remains the same and to my surprise it was with eating she never made me starve ..it was what to eat and when to eat ..Thanks a ton ..you will always be remembered

Diet given by Dr Anamika is simple and easy to follow.Very few adjustments are to be made in day to day diet routine and results are appreciable.An average of 2kg weight was reduced every week since last 4 weeks without much exercise.She is very friendly and listened to all likes and dislikes,food habits and gave the diet accordingly.All the other health issues were also taken into account by her and the food items which are not suited according to health problems were not included in the diet.She also changed the diet pattern every week and as a result I didnt get bored having the same type of food week after week.Thanks a lot for such a healthy,nutritious and most important easy diet plan with such good results.

I have recently consulted her and best part that I like about her program is that the diet plan she gives is for a week and it is easier to follow also. she listens to you very carefully and works with you to achieve your goal. I have already lost 2 kgs and hope to lose another 8. I will recommend her for all those who wish to lose weight and live healthy.

Dr Anamika is a great motivator.I am eating the foods I like in my own timings and there is no acidity plus I can see the weight loss and inch loss as well.I am actually eating healthy.Never knew it was so easy to cut down sugar and unhealthy food,don't have to starve either.I feel light and active.Cant thank her enough
