I came to Shrishti when a great deal of turmoil was brewing in my life. This was the first time I was experiencing therapy and now that I look back, I am so glad I found her. It’s amazing to look at how someone can take out so much pain and confusion from you, in a way we don’t even realise. I have always been a closed and quiet kid, but Shrishti’s amazing way of communicating and giving guidance made me comfortable to speak and open up. Her support and care towards has given me motivation and strength to fight my circumstances, when no one understood and stood with me.

Yess, I found a wonderful therapist. One of many reason I say that is because she literally booked an appointment for me, impersonating my elder sister, when I could not ask anyone else! No body has ever done such a thing for me and this is testimony of how Shrishti goes beyond her call of duty, to help her clients. I was at one of the darkest stage of my life and at that time , didn't thought I can even make it out of there but then I pushed through and reached out to shristi, that I can happily say was one of the best decision of my life , *** ** *** ** *** **** ********* *** ***** * she listens to everything and break things down to its route , I remember when I was going through that time , the whole week it be the time I'll talk to her is when I'll feel soo happyyy , one step at a time and giving each steps soo much important she guides through , one the first day itself she made me felt soo comfortable and allowed me to open up on my own pace with soo much respect , her being able to understand things soo well and providing solutions in a way it's practical , *** ****** ** *** ** *** **** * she took me out of depression to such a happy lifee , she is superrr understanding and supportive and have sooo much knowledge in what she is doing ( that you can tell just by meeting her ) , super respectful towards me and have changed my life , you can go with her without thinking twice , I have recommended her to couple of my friends as well and even they have the same approach towards her.

I have been to therapy multiple times in the past. But, never did I feel satisfied with how it went. Shrishti, however has definitely changed my take on therapy. Her way of conversing and dealing with each emotion is very unique. I honestly used to think myself as a very “self aware” person; however, Shrishti helped me break that myth. The way she has pointed out my patterns, my lies to myself & my flawed vision has really helped me grow as a person. Till now I have taken about 5-6 sessions with her and I’m so much at peace now. Don’t feel so anxious, my relationships with my partner is also more stable because now I understand his perspective as well; all because of Shrishti’s insights. I’d highly recommend her to anyone just looking to understand themselves a bit more :)

I highly recommend Shrishti Dhupar ji. I was able to share my problems with her without any hesitation because of her understanding and non-judgemental nature and further because of the comfort zone that she provides to let out things freely. She further listens to me throughout the session and rephrased the issues for better understanding. Going through the Lowest point of my life, I am glad to have found sristhi! She doesn't only help with general problems, but deeply understands them. I met Shrishti during very critical phase of my life. I was questioning my whole personality. It was very difficult time for me. Shrishti is an excellent listener. Even in our first meeting, I did not feel like I'm meeting a new person. She has a very comforting personality. I narrated my whole situation, she listened to every little detail, did not interrupt me. She made such welcoming environment that I did not felt strange about telling my insecurities.
