Dr. Sumit Mrig is a young,dedicated ENT & Head & Neck Cancer Surgeon with special training in the field of cochlear implantation trained by Prof. Mario Sana(Gruppo Otologica,piacenza, Italy).He has also been trained at Singapore General Hospital for snoring & sleep apnea treatment.He has pioneered the technique of Binaural Chochlear Implantation in India and his team did India's 1st Binaural Cochlear implant at Primus Hospital.He not only has the experience of performing more than 5000 surgeries in the field of ENT, but has lot of academic achievements to his name.He is the reviewer of International Ent journals & has numerous Internarional publications to his name.He has also written temporal bone dissection manual for training of ENT surgeons.He has recently being awarded "Bharat Excellence Award" for his contribution towards deafness across India.

Hoped for better: Treatment satisfaction
Myself and my husband went for throat infection, headache and cold. The very next day my husband got 101.8 fever. We called on clinic number, we were told by the assistant to go to internal medicine doctor. The assistant didnt even let us talk to doctor. When told multiple number of times he handed over the phone to another assistant saying he is the doctor. No one told us the same day when we visited that our disease cant be cured by Dr. Sumit and we must go to internal medicine doctor. ** *** **** * *** ** ****** **** ** ****** ***** **** ** ********* *** not listening afterwards that what the patient is feeling. * ********* *********** ***** * **** ** ***** *********** *** ********* **** *** ***** ************** We both had to show to another doctor after spending 4300 rupees at his clinic. What a sorry state!! ** **** ********* **** ****** ** *** ***** First wastage of monetary resources, second suffering of health.

Our son was operated 2 years ago for adenoids/ grommets by another doctor and that surgery had gone bad.. He was experiencing hearing loss and no medication was working on him.
We found Dr. Mrig after a lot of research, superb pedigree with great overall experience and impeccable credentials. Dr. Mrig worked hard to win our trust, taught us the value of patience and successfully operated Our son at Max for adenoids/ grommets. The whole experience of interacting with him and his superstar team ( Deepak, Indu and the whole group of doctors) was simply phenomenal... they never made us realise we were in a hospital or Our son was undergoing a surgery.
The postoperative care has been phenomenal as
well and we will strongly recommend Dr Mrig and his all star team.

Doctor is very friendly and confident. Proper guidance and follow up was done by him. Staff is very cordial too. Overall a great experience. I would say he is one of the best ENT doctor.
