The Cure Clinic, Naraina Vihar

I was trying to sort out my health issues for the last three months and visited various doctors but didnot find any satisfactory results. Once I visited Dr Pallavi Garg though even taking all precaution of COVID-19,she did not make us feel any discomfort and treat us very calmly and assuredly.Her disease diagnosis ability and its prescription are superb .Very dependable and caring doctor .We are fortunate that such a highly qualified and experienced gastroenterologist is available in west Delhi.

The doctor made us wait for over 60 minutes while she comfortably chatted away with a patient and his family for 40 minutes. Her clinic- A 43/1 Nariana Vihar, was under construction and had a handful labourers violating the covid rules (no masks and social distancing). I can overlook the waiting time period too. But the fact that she asks you to follow up with the report and does not actually respond is nerve wrecking. She is very rude as a human being. After checking the reports she simply texted me to continue the medicines and did not state a reason and when asked repeatedly if my condition was worrisome or not. She charges a decent fee of 1000 INR. I had to consult another doctor because of her lack of courtesy.

I got to know about her on Practo & after reading the reviews decided to consult her for my problem. She was friendly and explained the things well. Moreover, the way she conducted endoscopy and colonoscopy on me was fabulous. I was a bit afraid when I had to go for these tests. But, she along with other professionals at the clinic made me feel at home.Everything went smoothly, I am undergoing the treatment and hopefully, I shall get rid of all my stomach related problems soon.Moreover, the clinic is a 10 minute walk from the nearest metro, so people from far off places can also visit her.

Consulted her after going through the feedback here and I'm glad that the doc is all that and so much more. Still undergoing treatment so can't say much about that. But she is very patient, rational, precise and wonderful to deal with. Here's hoping for the best! Thanks again Doc!!
