During pregnancy and post-pregnancy, I had gained a lot of weight which caused a lot of health problems. I used to have severe back pain and restlessness. I consulted Dr Harshita about a year and a half ago and Dr Harshita listened to all my problems, understood my food preferences and designed an efficient and effective diet plan. The diet plan has done wonders; I was able to reduce ~28kgs over a span of one and half years. My back pain has reduced, all important my menstrual cycle has been irregular for many years which is resolved. I feel full of energy, positive and confident thanks to the weight loss. I've thyroid issue with active weight gain I tried different methods to loose my weight but nothing worked that much then for the very first time I tried proper dietician and I found dr.harshita and she adviced me to follow a diet for 2weeks then after following I got results leading to 3-4kgs weight loss

But my Target was to loose consistently and achieve a healthy weight then I again consulted her she gave me some relaxation and allowed me few things I wanted to have them again my weight loss was going good then there came a phase where my weight got stuck and also increased a bit then I got my checkup done and followed her instructions again for a month and now I'm here lost 8-10kgs in 2-3months .
