I had a really good experience with Rashmi ma'am. She was extremely humble, patiently listened to all my concerns, and created a diet plan that actually felt personalized and practical. I’ve been following it for more than a week now and everything feels good so far. I was very happy with her counselling. As a woman who enjoys cooking and eating I was worried if the diet will be too difficult for me to follow. However the diet suggested by Dr. Srivastava was very wholesome with a lot of variety. Additionally, she emphasized on providing different choices which is a great help for working professionals. Dr. Rashmi is an excellent nutritionist and a wonderful human being. I talked to her about my mother who is a colorectal cancer patient and she listened very patiently. She went out and beyond in her consultation and gave very good advice regarding the treatment and diet plan.

Really liked her approach to building my diet as she allowed me to add the food that I usually like into the diet I was recommended.

I also appreciated how patient she was with me, trying to understand the underlying reasons for my abnormal weight gain.

One interesting thing to add is that she's a great person to openly talk with.

The way doctor was explaining and counseling my son regarding his diet plan was commendable. I visited the doctor for son's diet issue as he is quite choosy for the food items. So, the doctor with his(my son) consent, framed the diet chart according to his choice of food items but keeping the health quotient on the priorities.
