After zsr circumcision, for how many days dressing is necessary and what medicines are best to heal the wound as soon as possible

Dressing needed for first 48 hours only after that any antibiotics ointment for 1 week along with an oral antibiotic and analgesic along with Antacid Medication needed for 5 days only
