Circumcision swelling

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Age 27, i had phymosis, had my circumcision 20 days ago, yhe stitches are gone but the upper skin is swollen and bottom tip is heavily swollen till now.the doctor adviced me to take chymoral forte for 5 days thrice before food.i took it but the swelling is still there. Do i have to get operated once again because its really very painful.please advice
