I am using zoloft about a week and I feel pressure coming behind the eyes. It is difficult for me to concentrate on mobile phone screen. My eyes feel pain. Is it normal? And will go away with time. Or I should stop this medicine

It is unlikely that Zoloft is causing these effects. If the problem is quite severe or disabling or persists for a few days, visit an ophthalmologist. I don't think stopping the medication will resolve the problem. Discuss it with the doctor who prescribed you Zoloft. These problems might also be related to your primary diagnosis.
