Hello,
I have been asked to take yogurt for my GERD and digestion problems. When i take whole plain milk yogurt it increases my acidity and makes my digestion problem worse. Is fat the only reason for aggravation in GERD symptoms? If so, can i try no fat milk yogurt?

May be lactose intolerance, and since gerd is reflux of gastric juices into the esophagus taking yogurt probably won't help consult a physician and start on prokinetic drugs which could be of help, try to sleep in left lateral position.
