What are the benefits of yoga. Will it really improves concentration and self esteem by decreasing anxiety, fear and depression etc.. Will it improves peace and angry management and improves memory power.

Yoga has lots of benefits, it calms the body and mind.
The whole body gets optimised and all the functions are improved, body gets detoxified.
It's good to do yoga but so see benefits you have do it regularly.

2. Yeah. I does. There are a lot of studies on yoga which says yoga promotes health. But it's role in decreasing depression and improving memory power is yet to be proved.
3. As explained in point no1 it does brings peace. It helps on one hand by decreasing one's reaction to any problem on other hand improves one's way of responding to any problem.
