Yellow watery fluid from my nose

Asked for Female, 24 Years

There are random times when my nose discharges yellow watery fluid coming out from my nose. Attached is the picture. Usually it comes out when I bend to pick up something. I don't have cough or fever or colds. Should I consult the doctor now? What might be the cause of this? I google it and it shows that there might be a leak in the brain. Is that really possible?
