Yellow urine & ED
I drink a lot of water but still my urine is always yellow and I am also suffering from ED. I have been mastarbating since 5 years and is facing ED for about an year. Is my disease curable? What should I do now to come out of this problem?

hello.
yes its very much curable.
stop smoking if you are a smoker.
practice yoga and pelvic floor muscle exercise.
eat s lot of greens and fruits.
practice foreplay.
consult a sexologist for further management.
