Yellow tongue can be due to multiple reasons, use tongue scrapper after brushing and a mouthwash. It will help to remove layer of dead cell and proliferating bacteria on tongue. Minimise the use of milk products also. Yellow tongue can be of other origin like due to low immunity which increases chances of candida infection. So it's best to visit dentist who specializes in OMRD
