Yellow throat bulges.
About two months ago when I had a very sore throat I noticed a lot of darkish yellow lumps around my throat (like big yellow bulges) I recently had another very sore throat and noticed these same bulges were still there. Even now that my throat has felt fine for about two weeks, the bulges have not gone away.

You seem to have suffered from acute follicular tonsillitis which is usually treated by antibiotics, pain killer medicines along with antiseptic mouth gargles. After such an infection it is not abnormal to see whitish yellow debris over the crypts of tonsils. Usually no treatment is required. You can use antiseptic mouth gargle for few days
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
