This mark has been on my eye since a long time. What is it? And what treatment is required to clear this. It itches sometimes. Should I use eye drops or take any medication?

Hi ..does not look like anything to worry..these pigmentation are normal.
Itching can be due to allergy , sometimes.
If itches too much..can take meds.
Else if this become red/ painful etc. You need to show to doc.otherwise ok.
