Yellow mucus like thing in stool
Today In the morning I had taken a vitamin b tablet empty stomach and didnt eat anything till lunch time. After 4-5 hours I saw yellow mucus like thing in my stool today. My urine is also neon bright yellow in colour. I have no other problem or symptoms. Is it anything serious or is it because of vita B tablet? Kindly answer.
