Yellow mucus
I had severe cold and headache,nose was watery,sneezing, cough so I took adulsa and chestoncold throat got cured but not cold though subsequently after few days cold was subsided but severe headache still there &yellow mucus comes everyday from the right nostril only and sometimes head also ache only on right side

Yellow discharge suggests active infection.
Visit a doc, get examined and correct drugs. You may need antibiotics.
