In a two month child, ear discharge could be normal. But if it continues then please show to a nearby specialist. Also avoid feeding the child in a lying down position. Keep the baby's head semi vertical so that there is no entry of the milk into the ears from the eustachian tube.

Your baby seems to be having acute suppurative otitis media which is a common type of acute Middle ear infection. You may need to give antibiotics for few days. Make sure water does not enter baby's ear
