Hello There is no permanent treatment for allergy Try A. Avoid dust exposure B. Avoid rubbing eyes C. Cold compresses D. Use antiallergic eyedrop like epinastine eyedrop twice daily E. Use lubrucating eyedrop frequently like refresh liquigel F. Soft steroid like fluorometholone can be used in pulse dose in severe cases Having said that...
