Yellow discharge from Vagina

Asked for Female, 21 Years

My period is due this week but I'm seeing symptoms of UTI like yellow odourless discharge from vagina and slight stomach pain and shivers. Can my periods be late because of UTI and if i treat this Will my periods start?
