I have vaginal yeast infection and little little pimples in genital area, can I take patanjali godhan ark and arogya vati after food

As per your description you wanted to take Patanjali medications for your yeast infection problem.
1. If these medication has been prescribed by any Ayurveda doctor then you do not need to ask anyone.
2. And if you didn't have consulted any other after and this is as per social media description then you do not have to take this one for your health issue but you should have to consult any Ayurveda doctor and that after you should have to follow instruction and medicines as prescribed.
Self medication or social media medication is not reliable as always not good for anyone else.

Nimbadi yoni Varti- it relieves itching and pain
2)Panchavalkala kwatha- it acts as anti-fungal wash and relieves itching and swelling too. It fights infection.

Are u diabetic? U need internal medicine as well as local wash to clear the infection. The above medicines are not specific for yeast infection. U need to consult for a proper giudance if it's recurrent infection.
