Xylometazoline usage of 1 year
I am 23 year old woman,experiencing nasal blockage due to tissue growth, doctor asked me to do minor surgery but am scared of it, and after 7 months am going to my home city. Now am in my working place nobody is here to take care of me so is it safe to use Xylometazoline for 7 months more. Any other solutions to nasal blockage due to tissue growth other than surgery for 7 months ?

Tissue growth in the nasal cavity can be due to turbinates hypertrophy/polyps/mass.. treatment depends on the diagnosis.. xylometazoline for long isn't recommended..
