Hi, this consult is to help you. You need to tell the doctor what problem he has? X ray are showing protrusion acetabuli which means ball has gone into the socket. This doesn’t mean anything unless patient has pain and difficulty in walking.
If he has Pain then total hip replacement is warranted.
You also check for conditions which soften bone like osteomalacia and osteoporosis.
