Xanthelasma removal
Small xanthelasma appears below both eyes, I want to remove permanent
which treatment should I follow to remove them so that minimum chance of scarring.
now, I lower my cholesterol and size of xanthelasma is almost same from last 1.5 year

Xanthelasma has no direct relationship with blood cholesterol.
Treatment is done by either chemical cautery or RF cautery.
