I underwent surgery-Proctectomy+Ileal Pouch Anal anastomosis+Covering loop ileostomy on 01st November..Was having low ileostomy output,crampy abdominal pain,nausea so doc advised Abdominal X Ray..Kindly check the reports and tell me what is there in the report. Please help...

This can be a post operative pseudo-obstruction. This occurs usually due to low potassiumm.Get your electrolytes checked and consult your surgeon. This usually resolves once hypokalemia is corrected. Please consult to your surgeon as your abdomen needs to be examined personally.
