Wrist radical fracture
I met with an accident a week back . First consulted doctor recommended for surgery but send doctor said its not required.
Why there is contradictive opinion among the doctors.

xray reading ,
Type of fracture,
dominant side or non dominant side( in respect to need to return to activity.),
Surgeons experience about that particular fracture treatment,

Medicine is not exact science there will be lots of options of treatment I diffrence come when their experience has shown good result in their hand
Regardless all doctors want best for their patient regardless of method of treatment choose whom you trust .
You can go to ten other doctors and get ten diffrent advise for distal radius as the treatment has multiple options
