Fell down from bike and having heavy pain in wrist while rotating ....Can I use medicine zerodol -sp

You can use it...it reduces your pain but underlying cause for your pain should be identified... You need to get a clinical examination and evaluation done by orthopedic surgeon to rule out possible fractures, ligaments injury etc....you will also require investigation such as x ray etc..Consult orthopedic surgeon they will do the needful.
