My husband had met with an accident many years ago and had a hairline fracture in his right arm wrist. Recently after taking up yoga and regular exercise, the pain in the affected area has resurfaced. What rehabilitation should he consider?

The past injury probably is not relevant to this pain. The pain is due to the newer loads on his wrist in addition to the professional tasks and gadget use.
