  4. Wrist cracks. This normal or what is it?

Wrist cracks
Hi i am 16 years old and it’s been about 1-2 years that I’ve been dealing with this problem. My wrists cracks and and makes a crunching sound when moving it around in circular motions. Now i get pain shooting thru the wrist. Is this normal or what is it? I read all the links and the entire thread but nothing answered me. Please help.

If it is not painful- not much of problem. Consult your GP for further clinical evaluation and he might refer to orthopaedics if any problem

If u are having pain .it's not normal .get yourself examined by an orthopaedic surgeon
