Wrinkled Fingers _ Skin is peeling
Dear Dr., Since past 1 week, every time I wash my hands, regular wash (with & without soap) my finger tips on the side of my palm are wrinkling. Off late, the skin is also peeling off. I drink 8 to 10 grasses of water daily - I am assuming this is not because of dehydration. Even when i eat food, the sambar too is causing this problem to my fingers. I can understand if this happened with prolonged use of water or if my hands were immersed in water for longer. However, as I mentioned above, this happens even with regular washing of hands which is less than a minute in water. What could be the cause and what do you suggest I do to remedy this condition. I am also sharing some of the latest pictures taken. Kindly advise - thanks in advance.

With more frequent hand rinsing during COVID times, one can develop this kind of rash on hands due to over use of soaps. Even just water can aggravate this condition.
Next Steps
Keep moisturising your hands regularly. Keep ur moisturiser near ur washbasin & every time u wash ur hands, try to moisture hands immediately.
