Wrist drop is a condition when patient is unable to extend his/her wrist due to nerve injury caused by trauma, infection etc.
Next Steps
It’s a clinical diagnosis with confirmation with Neurophysiological studies. MRI may also be used to search for nerve compression or damage in the brachial plexus area.
