Non healing ulcer on your foot with bad smell is probably infected and will require proper evaluation and care. You need to be checked for any underlying illness causing such ulcer. There is a possibility of bad footwear which is causing the ulcer.

keep your foot clean by using salt water and cleaning out all the dirt from the wound. if possible clean if with betadine ointment and show it to a doctor as soon as possible.
