  4. Wound problem. Is it a problem or not?

Wound problem
I have gone through a surgery for my kidney stone and method used is PCNL. After surgery there was infection in the surgical wound and my doctor cut the wound and clean it. Now my wound has been healed but there is meat(red colour fat) comes out from wound. Please see the attached photo and let me know what this is. Is it a problem or not?
