Wound on skin after taking medicine
My mother in law on 5th feb fell sick had high fever so for that she took paracetamol Nd taxim 500 After taking medicine she was fine but on her mouth area small rashes started to come with very inflammation and pain i am sharing today's photo . She's diabetic patient Pls suggest

Did the rash appear after she took medicines or even before that ? Looks like viral .. but not so clear with the images .. apply neomycin ointment around the lesions .. how's her sugar control and fever now ? Can u connect so that I can guide u appropriately
