Wound on lower leg
My mother has injuries  on right side of both legs this are happend by scratched some metal thing at first it was a small wound later it becoming bigger and spreading at first it was at one side of left leg but unfortunately same thing happened to right leg also it's been for 4 years diagnosed whether it may be diabetics but results are "no diabetics " my mother working in flour mill for that has to work on standing all day so doctors suggested avoid to stand as much as possible but mother didn't do so due to work pressure some say it is an allergy due to the flour on wound my mother didn't cover the wound .saying that it making the wound even worst but using medicine sometimes it seems to be healing but again spreading recently an rmp doctor said It might be affected nerve tissue ( the leg nerves appears as swelling ) need an operation suggest what the problem

It could be a venous ulcer or trophic ulcer or an infected wound.... She'll need Doppler studies, Nerve conduction test and culture test.
