I have a wound on my left leg which is not healing. It's above the site of fracture and it was an abrasive wound later turned into a scan and then the plastic surgeon cut it off. The wound reduced to a very small size but became a deep hole upto the bone and hasn't healed for almost 8 months now. My Ortho doc recently performed a saucerisation and debridement and filled it with vancomycin stimulant beads but it wasn't showing any signs of healing around the two main stitches. So I need a second opinion. Please help very tensed
