Wound in lip corner
I have crack like wound in both the lip corners for about 2 weeks now..it's painful..I used zyete lotion however it doesn't go away..Is it due to vitamin deficiency?

Use a lip balm very frequently.
Apply flutivate E oint only at the corners twice daily for 5days and then stop it.
