Hidradenitis Suppurativa (ruptured). 2.5 months is a long time for a small wound to heal. It would've formed a sinus by now, which means it will not close/heal completely and will have liquid discharging from the wound every day. In such a situation, medication may not work. Surgical removal of the sinus track is required.
