Due to an accident,in my left foot ..i got an wound.like i fell from bike.so the skin portion was full gone.its been.10 days.the hound is healing. But skin is not coming yet.and some time liquid is coming out.but i don't have any pain.or any problems regarding walking.is it okay.what should i do
