Wound/Cut marks out of nowhere

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Recently i have been seeing that I am getting wound/cut marks on my arm. I'm on on a course of D3 60K(once a week for 4 weeks) and shelcal XT. Because of low vitamin and calcium levels. So, is this a side effect? Please check the images.
