Worried after falling on ground
I had a Hernia mesh repair operation 3 months back(3rd of August). Yesterday i was playing badminton strenuously and while playing i fell on my back. I had a little bit of pain which usually disappears after 20 minutes. Is my mesh okay?? Am I okay?? Is it still okay that i play my favourite sport??or should i rest some time before strenuous activity?

After 3 months of hernia surgery, it is alright to resume all activity, even strenuous activity.
However, if you are having pain for a considerable duration of time, it is better to get evaluated by your surgeon.
