How many days I should work out like jogging and cardio if I fall under obese category??? Can I go for jogging 3-4 days each for 1 hour ???. Will I burn enough calories???

Hello. You may not reach your goals with just jogging and cardio. Try visiting a gym and get a professional  fitness trainer to get your strength training done , which will develop your core strength and also isolated muscle workouts will burn fat more and also simultaneously develop the strength and endurance of your muscle. Also have a high protein low carb low fat diet.
