Workout during periods
Is it okay to work out during periods? I like doing light cardio that I am comfortable with for 30 minutes. It makes me feel good. I have read a lot of articles online that it is okay to workout during periods but a lot of trainers are of the opinion that it is bad for health or can cause complications in future(during pregnancy).

Yes its ok to go ahead with your day to day activities. The reason some people are against heavy work outs is due to the increased chance of endometriosis. Hope it helped.

Nope u can keep ur body fit by cardio and workouts..! Only during pregnancy u should avoid them
