Workout during menstruation
Can we do advanced workouts and splits during menstruation because some people says that if we do exercise during menstruation then we will get more gap days (more that 30 days) which is not good for us.. kindly clear the fact

Exercises do not cause increase in cycle days. Sudden change in lifestyle like suddenly taking up heavy exercises can cause some irregularity in the beginning but it's not long term and not permanent. Irregular cycles are mostly due to some underlying pathology like hormonal imbalance.

Just as a caution, being a young female, avoid exercises that increase intra abdominal pressure too much as it can cause other health problems in future.
