Women horlicks in pregnancy
It's my 2nd month of pregnancy. Can I take women horlicks? Is it safe in pregnancy? I am taking a glass of milk daily. Is it enough?

All proprietary foods have a very high concentration of glucose. So they may alter your blood sugar level.  Please get your blood sugar level ,  fasting and PP and consult your Gynaecologist with the report.

It's safe. But as you are 2 months pregnant,  you should also start Folic acid tablets. It prevents neural tube defects in baby. Best wishes!

post canned products have more added sugar..so better to have fruits ,dry fruits and greens rather than going for processed food ..
