Withdrawal symptoms

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I injured my back iabout a month ago. Went to the Doctors to get help, was prescribed numerous drugs eg, panadeine forte, tramadol, and OxyContin. Now I want off, but am having withdrawal symptoms. Was wondering if there is anything I can do and or take to help with symptoms as I still want to work and be normal.
