I smoked for 2 years, 8 cigarettes per day. I stopped smoking on 4 months ago. I am still facing withdrawal symptoms like anxiety, insomnia. Also facing tingling, pins and needles sensation.
Will theses symptoms pass and is it ok to have these symptoms.
